The Innovative Group is growing !!
Having just signed some lucrative National agreements we need more staff. We currently have role for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant.
As we embark on our next phase of growth we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented mining, engineering and construction Recruitment Consultant with sales experience based out of one of our offices in Perth or Regional WA Offices with the option to work from home occasionally.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You will have demonstrated success developing clients and recruiting within the Blue collar sector, placing mining ,engineering and construction as well as warehousing and logistics related positions on both a permanent and casual basis. Eager for a new challenge, you will be hungry to form a crucial part of the continuing growth within The Innovative Group. You will, of course, be self-motivated, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential experience includes:
- Minimum 3 years' experience within the recruitment industry in the "Blue collar" sector
- Demonstrated success as a recruitment consultant
- Effective negotiation skills
- Working with senior hiring managers preferably in Engineering / Construction/Mining Industries, (Transport and Logistics desirable but not essential)
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to sell
- Own transport and license
