About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our business for an internal recruitment consultant to join our national team on an initial 6 month contract. Working closely with our People Manager's and Operations team, you will be supporting our business with end-to-end recruitment of quality Retail Leadership talent across Australia.
You will be the first point of contact and experience with our brand, so we are looking for a passionate, highly motivated and hardworking individual. You'll be stepping into a fast paced environment, be challenged daily and will have the opportunity to make a real difference to our culture by recruiting high-quality Store Leaders
Key Responsibilities include:
- Understand job requirements thoroughly.
- Advertise job opportunities via various channels.
- Screen, shortlist and assess prospective candidates in line with the recruitment strategy.
- Reference checking.
- Update and track all candidate records through our candidate management system.
- Build a great working relationship with key stakeholders.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- A couple of years' experience recruiting either for an agency or in-house.
- Experience in Retail Leadership recruitment would be highly advantageous.
- User of recruitment systems – PageUp and social media platforms such as LinkedIn to efficiently manage talent pools and attract the best and most suitable candidates.
- You will thrive on developing strong working relationships both internally and externally and enjoy supporting the business in best practice and value-added services.
- Strong capability in negotiating and influencing at all levels.
- Possess exceptional communication, presentation and organisation skills.
- Have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Proactive with a positive attitude, patient and flexible in your work approach.
