The Position:
The People & Culture team is seeking a well experienced and self-motivated Recruitment professional to join us and act as a true business partner to Managers across our organisation.  This role will operate tailored end to end recruitment processes across our diverse range of programs and portfolios whilst working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to support recruitment and talent strategies. 

As a true people person you will act as the interface connecting the organisation with the best talent in the industry.  Day to day, you will manage our careers intranet, job advertisements and adherence to process and compliance.  As an Educator to the business, you will be involved in interview panels, and will guide and support our hiring managers to make the best decisions when it comes to their teams. 

Skills & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, or equivalent experience in a similar recruitment role
  • A comprehensive knowledge of best recruitment practices and relevant legislation
  • Proven ability to work in partnership with managers in order to provide support and guidance
  • Previous participation in the development and improvement of recruitment and selection procedures
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage
