What you'll be doing
Manage as required, and assist in the coordination of Employee Relations / Industrial Relations matters which require input from the South Western Sydney Local Health District Human Resources Department.
Provide high quality and professional legal advice and representation in all industrial / employment related claims, disputes and litigation.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written skills including the ability to argue complex issues
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the conduct of disciplinary investigations
- Demonstrated sound knowledge of the NSW Industrial Relations system.
- Proven experience in Human Resources and Industrial negotiations and in providing sound advice on related matters
- Demonstrated experience in presenting matters before Industrial and other Tribunals.
