Your new company
This ASX Listed organisation is a market leader within the financial services industry. Due to an increase in workload, there are now Injury Management Advisor positions available on a permanent, full-time basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing clinical and injury management technical expertise to assess personal injury claims for reasonable and appropriate treatment and rehabilitation requirements. Other duties will include:
- Provide consistent injury management expertise and support to ensure ongoing quality decisions and provide input into claims strategy;
- Identify and utilise opportunities for claims costs reduction through targeted programs and monitoring of costs;
- Actively share knowledge, advise, and coach others to build and develop injury management capabilities to create a high performing team environment;
- Engage with other Injury Management Advisors for complex decision making, advice and feedback;
- Assist in developing and implementing tools and training in relation to best practice injury and workers compensation claims management.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health related discipline;
- Demonstrated experience in Workers Compensation and Occupational Rehabilitation;
- Prior experience within a clinical health setting would come highly regarded;
- Analytical awareness demonstrated by developing solutions and courses of action by using and information base to identify key issues, compare with other data and determine cause-effect relationships;
- Strong problem solving skills through seeking out information and breaking down problems and situations into simple lists of components.
