Role available:

We currently have 2 new openings in our newest office in Melbourne, which is experiencing exciting growth as a new start business. The Melbourne business itself is less than 12 months old and has grown out of our Sydney base, which is now over 10 years old and demonstrates how stable and successful SThree is within Australia. Both roles are across our technology business and are traditional ‘360’ recruitment positions, with a portion of the role dedicated to working with our already established client base and the other portion of the role dedicated to building new business. 

These positions are embedded in our contract technology team and require someone with technology experience to be able to take full advantage of what we have on offer.

Key criteria:

• A minimum of 24 months experience in technology recruitment, ideally in Melbourne (not essential)
• Previous agency contract recruitment experience
• Drive, ambition and motivation- you see recruitment as your career and are hungry to develop
• Demonstrated history of recruitment multi-tasking (managing job workload, with new business development and existing client relationship management)
• First-class Customer Service skills and understand the value of building long term relationships
• Proven experience meeting and exceeding targets in your current role
