The objective of this role is to provide exceptional leadership and operational HR support to employees and the Managing Director across the full remit of HR. This role will require a structured outcome focused approach, with the ability to operate in a professional and timely manner.

• Success in developing and delivering HR operational plans
• Sharp business acumen with a pragmatic approach to HR
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the natural ability to influence and maintain solid relationships with key partners
• Previous success in managing HR projects on time and within budget  
• The potential to identify and realise new business opportunities and HR applications
• Energetic, highly-motivated and passionate about delivering meaningful HR initiatives
• Experience within a retail or online business preffered but not essential 
• Clear and concise communication style, both written and verbal
• Welcomes working in a challenging and dynamic environment
