The Company
An exciting opportunity currently exists for a highly experienced and dynamic Organisational Development Consultant to join this ever growing not for profit organisation. The role is a full time permanent position located in Richmond very close to public transport.
The Role
The role is a varied and diverse one where your main responsibility will be to design and implement organisational development programs and initiative to build organisational capability, capacity and performance for the future of the business.
Working collaboratively with the Executive Director of Human Resources and HR business partners as well as key stakeholders your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Ensure all deliveries are aligned with strategic objectives, mission and ethos
- Regularly undertake risk assessments and review work procedures
- Assist with the design and coordination of employee surveys
- Analyse survey results and work with Managers and Executives to develop action plans from survey feedback
- Support and educate the business to ensure 100% compliance
- Implement development plans including performance and succession plans
- Create talent pool of high performing staff and potential successors
- Educate the business on performance development and mandatory e-learning competencies when necessary
- Develop, implement and evaluate mentoring programs and guidelines
- Organise annual recognition ceremonies
- OH&S assessments and case studies
You will also be heavily involved with exciting change management projects so experience with acquisitions and mergers would be highly regarded.
What you will need to succeed?
- Proven experience in an Organisational Development and/or HR position
- Degree qualified in HR, OD or Psychology
- Experience with operational human resources processes
- Ability to develop relationships and engage with stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- A professional and mature approach and ability to be discrete at all times
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Own a car - there is travel between sites in the western and the north- eastern suburbs.
