Immediate start for a recruitment assistant/ resourcer based in Mascot.
Working on a variety of roles in the early education and childcare sector the ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a high volume recruitment role with excellent candidate management and relationship building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain pool of casual candidates
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment process, providing support and assistance to hiring managers
- Using social media to attract suitable candidates
- Prepare employment packs for all new employees ensuring all paperwork is completed and submitted to payroll
- Maintain a professional relationship with preferred recruitment suppliers
- Conduct background checks for new employees
- Assist with assessment centres for bulk recruitment
- Any other ad hoc duties as required to assist the HR manager
Minimum 1+ years' experience in a recruiting role
