Established for thirty-three years and admitted into the Australian Export Awards Hall of Fame in 2009 our Toowoomba-based client, Russell Mineral Equipment (RME), is the acknowledged world leader in grinding Mill Relining Systems. As an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), RME’s core competencies include quality design and manufacture as well as global distribution, after-sales service and mill relining and consulting services. Via a network of wholly-owned international subsidiaries, the organisation supports customers in more than 50 countries.
Reporting to the HR Manager, and working with managers and team members across the business, in this role you will provide support, advice and assistance in relation to Human Resources activities such as recruitment and selection, performance management, workforce planning, workplace relations, remuneration performance and change management. You will also oversee the payroll and reception functions.
Naturally, you will be emotionally intelligent and professionally versatile, display strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate a pragmatic, progressive ‘people, process and outcomes’ focused approach. While performance oriented, you will also be systems-focused, values-driven and committed to long-term sustainability and your well-developed analytical, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills will underpin your success in this challenging role.
Significant experience in a similar role (ideally within a complex organisation) and relevant tertiary qualifications are essential. Experience in engineering, industrial/technical related services, manufacturing, distribution/logistics or an international context, and current (or eligibility for) professional accreditation will be well regarded.
