Human Resources Advisor job based in northern suburbs of Melbourne - 12 month contract - global company

Your new company
Our client is a global leader in manufacturing. Due to ongoing growth, they require an HR Advisor for a 12 month contract. Based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, you will work in a friendly HR team and report to the HR Manager.

Your new role
Your role is Generalist HR and will support a key business unit of approximately 200 people.

• Generalist HR Advice to employees and Managers
• EBA and Award interpretation/ Policy Review
• Performance Management - advice to Managers, coordination, investigations, mediation etc.
• End to end recruitment, both blue and white collar
• Training and Development
• Engagement Initiatives
• OH+S
• Other HR projects

What you'll need to succeed
You must have at least 3-5 years’ HR experience across the employee life-cycle. You will have demonstrated expertise working in a challenging role with a variety of different stakeholders. Ideally you will have supported the HR function for a blue collar workforce. You will be highly driven with a passion to support employees and deliver key outcomes.
