This a a real cracker of internal role which will give you the chance to work in small team on high volume recruitment projects. Your role will involve the identification and attraction of top quality talent followed by a seamless and engaging process.  You'll consult with management to understand the requirements and where relevant design new or tweak existing assessment centres. It's then a case of shortlisting, working with key stake holders to make decisions and making offers. Proactive candidate pooling and an analysis and awareness of the local market will also be a key part of the role. 

To be considered for the role you'll need the following:

• Recruitment experience in a high volume, assessment centre environment from either an agency or internal role
• A desire and the confidence to work autonomously 
• An interest in process improvement and employer branding
• Loads of energy and a love of being busy
