Are you an experienced Internal or Agency Recruiter who loves the challenge of sourcing, assessing and filling highly specialised and hard to fill roles? Do you have prior experience recruiting roles at all levels across Operations, Sales and Technology? Then Ironfish wants to hear from you.

Ironfish is one of Australia's leading property with a growing branch network across Australia and China. In just under 12 years we have grown to have 14 Branches, over 350 staff and thousands of loyal investors who trust us to help them achieve their goals for later in life.

To help us be the most admired and respected Property Investment Services organisation, we have an immediate need for an experienced recruiter to come on board and help us fill our growing pipeline over the next few months. You will be a professional recruiter who is focused on the candidate experience and filling niche roles with high quality talent in a quick, deadline driven timeframes.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and dynamic professional who wants to share their expertise. Some of the key goals for this position include:

Proactively sourcing, screening and assessing high quality talent across a broad range of industries, locations and levels.
Work collaboratively with Hiring Managers to deliver high quality talent and professional advice throughout the entire end to end recruitment process
Engage with internal and external stakeholders and negotiate positive outcomes
Constantly look for new and innovative ways to further build our talent pool and profile in a challenging candidate market
Facilitate key recruitment processes such as interviews, screening, assessments and references to ensure thorough due diligence are undertaken whilst delivering an exceptional client experience

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

Demonstrated experience managing the end to end recruitment process in either an agency or internal environment
Experience recruiting roles across various industries such as operations, sales and technology
Is switched on, can think outside the square and systems savvy with experience in Job Adder, LinkedIn recruiter and other candidate management systems essential
High levels of resilience, client centric and influencing skills
A approachable, professional communication style who can effectively share solutions with others
Flexible, adaptable attitude which is aligned to our positive and dream driven culture.
