About the Role
The HR Coordinator is a newly created role within this HR team and will be responsible for managing a number of HR processes with the opportunity to contribute to key HR projects and initiatives. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing end to end Recruitment administration support including posting job ads, organising interviews, generating contracts and inputting data onto the CRM
• Monitoring all training compliance needs
• Organising all elements of induction for new starters
• Managing the HR inbox and first level HR enquiries
• Generating reports through data analytics
• Contributing to HR projects where needed

About You
To be considered for this role, you will:

• Have demonstrated HR administration and coordination experience throughout the employee life cycle
• Bring strong organisational and prioritisation skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Be a true team player and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Flourish in a fast paced, reactive environment
