We are looking to recruit a HRIS Implementation Manager to act as the point of liaison between the company, its employees, HRIS system and other stakeholders. This is a multi-disciplinary position that requires project management, human resources experience, analysis and strong technical knowledge using HRIS systems and the application of strong PM methodology. As an integral part of the HR team, you will be solely responsible for the implementation of the HRIS and act as primary liaison for all matters pertaining to its rollout and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements and develop project plans and schedules.
  • Prepare and consolidate employee databases to support the deployment of the Human Resource Information System by liaising with a range of internal business stakeholders.
  • Drive the activities to map, design, develop and deliver HR applications and systems consistent to legislated requirements nationwide.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information into the HRIS systems.
  • Track project status and prepare reports for management
  • Effectively communicate with HR team and Payroll to ensure correct and timely entry of all data prior to payroll processing.
  • Answer internal customer questions in a timely manner and perform any required troubleshooting for issue resolution.
  • Assist other members of the HR Team with questions regarding recruitment and applicant tracking systems, online benefit systems and special projects.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in project management with demonstrated experience in HR technology process improvements and operational projects, preferably in healthcare.
  • Previous experience with deploying and managing HRIS applications is essential.
  • An understanding of HR, Benefits, and Payroll policies, procedures and practices is strongly preferred
  • Proven experience and ability to engage and negotiate with key stakeholders including employees and operational management.
  • Strong time management skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to adapt communication skills to suit different stakeholders
