  • 3-6 month contract in Melbourne CBD

The organisation:

Not for profit organisation that provides support services and specialist recruitment and workforce support to primary healthcare professionals in rural and regional Victoria.

The role:

Reporting to the Workforce Manager,  prime responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and implement a long-term marketing strategy that is specifically directed at attracting and sourcing health professionals.
  • Identify and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns to reach target audience.
  • Assist in marketing activities  such as content development and optimisation, advertising, event planning.
  • Conduct market research with relevant health professionals, health service providers, peak bodies, regional training organisation’s (RTO’s) and other relevant stakeholders to identify market trends and requirements in order to reach a broader audience

To be successful in this role, candidates will require:

  • Marketing qualifications or proven experience around the development of a marketing strategy that is targeted to the recruitment of Health professionals.
  • Previous GP/Health professionals recruitment experience
  • Recruitment and Talent Pipelining.
  • Ability to plan and implement  long-term marketing campaigns using social media, Google advertising and various other platforms to ensure optimal results for building a databases of potential candidates
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
  • Excellent analytical, written communication and verbal presentation skills
  • High level computing skills including a Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software (CRM)
  • Current Australia Drivers Licence and flexibility to travel to regional areas as required.
  • Availability to see out a 3-6 month contract
