We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced personnel for a 6 month contract Crewing Officer role. We are seeking dynamic individuals with a safety conscious attitude who are highly motivated and proactive, possess a strong technical understanding of the scope of work, convey a team methodology and will work to achieve Project outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications
- Well organized and structured approach to gathering and maintaining large amounts of data records.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills. Independent self-starter.
- This position requires a motivated individual with good communication skills and a "can do" attitude.
- Must be available Immediately
- Role is based in Perth Metro Area
- 6 Month Contract role
Key Accountabilities:
- Liaise with Operations on HR-related matters
- Create and manage Crew Rosters
- Monitor applicants and applications and field inquiries from potential candidates
- Carry out recruitment process from selection to hiring
- Document all hiring processes including reference checks and medicals tests/screenings
- Manage Workers Compensation and Salary Continuance claims
- Manage and document SAP process for hiring, reclassification, transfers & terminations
- Coordinate Time Management System with Radio Operators; check that all entries are made complete and accurate; run reports for payroll
- Hire casual and contract employees, either directly or through an Agency
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports
- Monitor all Leave/Leave Payout Requests
- Liaise with Heelan and Co. regarding disciplinary matters
- Maintain all documentation in personnel files
- Understand and comply with Company policies and applicable Industrial relations laws
- Monitor and book medicals for training, or company /client requirements
- May be required for time to time to attend medical examinations with employees for work related injuries /and or illnesses
