ABOUT THE POSITION
This role will be responsible for planning, conducting and administering programmes that develop employees and improve their skills and knowledge. Must have the ability to design, conduct and organise training programs to improve employee performance and ensure organisational productivity, coordinate training and administration services to ensure that The Perth Mint staff have access to mandatory learning and development opportunities required to deliver a high standard of service
You will provide Learning and Development support to the Executive Team, Group People and Culture Manager, supervisors and all staff.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Establishing strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to scope and deliver learning outcomes that enhance thecapability of an increasingly diversified workforce
- Designing, developing and facilitating learning and training programs in alignment with the business' strategic objectives, and ensuring compliance with both Client and applicable Industry Training Standards
- Working collaboratively as part of the People and Culture Team to develop and coordinate specific development programs and initiatives at a Group level
- Conduct assessments and evaluation of programs to measure and report on outcomes and objectives
- Undertake Companywide Training Needs Analysis
- Tender for Budget and comply with budget
- Develop and deliver internal leadership and soft skill training packages
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who has skills and experience in the following:
- A tertiary degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development/Organisational Development, or a related field
- Accreditation in assessment tools would be considered highly favourable (e.g. LSI, Benchmarks, OPQ)
