• Previous Blue Collar recruiting experience, preferably in the Heavy Engineering Sectors (preferred)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic recruitment consultant for our office in Milton, Brisbane. You will be provided an ongoing training and "Essential Recruitment Skills”. 
This is a 180 degree recruitment role in which there is a lot of variety in your day to day work.
 
Typical duties of a recruitment consultant include:

• Candidate Sourcing
• Managing your talent pipeline
• Advertising vacancies
• Candidate and Job matching
• Interviewing
• Reference checking
• Ongoing candidate management
