The Opportunity:
We are offering the opportunity for a select number of law graudates to be part of the Naiman Clarke legal recruitment academy. You will be trained mentored and guided from day one by a highly respected legal recruitment professional with over 20 years of industry experience and a track record of training consultants for a highly successful and lucrative recruitment career.
Recruitment is a sales job which involves building relationships and engaging with both candidates and clients. It is an ideal role for driven individuals who are prepared to work hard and are focused on achieving great results. The earning potential is unlimited, BUT it doesn’t come easy. It will take hard work, perseverance and resilience to succeed! You must genuinely be energized by dealing with people.
Your role will involve:
- Sourcing candidates by utilizing social media, database and networking
- Interviewing and presenting suitable candidates to your clients
- Hunting out opportunities within private practice law firms
- Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates
You will:
- A law graduate or already practicing but isn’t quite what you are looking for in a career
- You enjoy connecting with people and making things happen
- Be motivated, resilient, goal orientated and determined to succeed
- Have initiative and be hard-working
- Possess good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Be consultative and approachable
- Exposure to sales is essential- retail, food & beverage, or any other sales experience
