We are seeking an experience Human Resources Advisor to join this fantastic mid-sized organisation in a 3 on – 3 off FIFO arrangement out of Brisbane. As part of a high performing HR team, this role works in a 'back to back' capacity with another HR Advisor providing HR support to a large on and offshore workforce.
To be successful in this role you will need significant (8-10 years) experience in a generalist role with a high degree of competence in all employee relations, HR and WHS subject areas. Experience gained in remote locations is essential to ensure your ability to quickly get up to speed. Your approach will be consultative and you will have strong stakeholder and coaching skills. You will be able to work independently and be across modern HR practices and approaches. You will also have excellent communications skills – written and verbal and enjoy working with a diverse workforce that has a strong community connection.
Ideally you are available at relatively short notice for interview and commencement.
