About the role
A great opportunity exists for a talented Training Consultant to join the team in St. Leonards. Our client is committed to providing the highest quality learning and development services to its employees and you will be part of the National Training team that makes a difference by supporting the regions on a daily basis.
You will be critical to the success of the team and wider business by being the eyes and ears of training development, knowing what their audience is saying; interpreting their needs pragmatically and relaying a strong and well thought out solution to meet the needs and support the go to market model. The team is a high-performing and driven team who enjoy each other’s company and support the wider business to achieve a shared goal.
About You
- A fun, energetic and down-to-earth individual who can organise and prioritise their day effectively
- Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn, grow and contribute to the team and overall business
- Intermediate Adobe skills, Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills and Advanced Storyline Articulate 360 skills
- A structured approach and an open mindset to grow and develop yours and your team’s perspective
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret data in to learning
