The Opportunity
We are expanding and currently looking to build our team with a driven recruitment specialist who shares our values.
 
Specifically, we are looking for a recruiter to service our publicly listed blue-chip client accounts in a well-established niche market of the mining industry by sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates within the core white collar role types that we recruit.
 
About You
You will be highly skilled at connecting and building relationships with white collar professionals and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 
As a recruiter, it is essential that you have the drive and resilience to push through the ups and downs of the industry combined with the tenacity to go the extra mile and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will be willing to learn new approaches to recruitment and prioritise your professional and personal development.

Preferably, you will have more than five years' of experience in an internal or external recruitment role combined with knowledge of professional engineering and construction role categories.
