The Role:
We need you! Come and join our committed HR Team and lets work together to bring great people into the right roles across our business.
Through structured recruitment practices you will ensure we have momentum sourcing great people to join our company in a range of roles within our friendly Store Network, focused Sales teams, efficient operations team, innovative technical function, and across the critical areas of Marketing, Finance, and IT.
You will have a broad and interesting role, working across Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs, offering guidance and solutions to attract and engage the right talent to join our business, and working through the recruitment and selection process together with the ANZ HR Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide recruitment services including advertising, sourcing candidates, qualifying candidates, and coordinating the selection hiring process.
- Attract and source suitable candidates using a multi platform approach to reach both active and passive seeking individuals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Continuously build talent pools for potential roles.
- Proactively remain current with market and industry trends in the areas of talent attraction and strategic recruitment.
- Be a committed member of the HR Team, adding value across the organisation.
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience recruiting at a high volume level either in an agency or internally.
- Experience using Linkedin recruiter to source the right candidates.
- A high level of customer service, communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for recruiting talent to join the business and contribute to our business goals.
- Knowledge and understanding of Australia and New Zealand employment laws and best fit recruitment approaches.
