Due to our continued growth we are now looking for a new 360 Recruitment Consultant to come on board at our Adelaide branch on a full-time basis. If you’re ready for a change and want to be part of a growing organisation that truly values its staff, we want to hear from you.
The role
We are looking for a talented individual who brings with them not only the experience, but the drive to succeed. Ideally you’ll have a background in blue collar external recruitment with strong networking skills and a drive for generating new business, in addition to demonstrating the following:
- Strong people skills with a natural aptitude to establish relationships, in turn driving sales
- Strong prioritisation skills to successfully manage the demands of a 360 recruiter position
- Commitment to quality client and candidate care to uphold Protech’s reputation for providing quality service
- Have respect and understanding for safety in everything you do
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office programs including word and excel
