people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are seeking several HR Customer Service Support Officers on a large scale project over four months located in Blacktown.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the transition to a seamless SAP payroll system whilst maintaining organisational structure
• Supporting the organisational structure and on boarding teams, you will be maintaining structure, position and employee data to align with legacy systems
• Performing transactional HR workflows with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Creating records, entering, processing, checking and extracting data for reporting purposes and record archiving
• Providing timely solutions to internal customers in regards to enquiries, requests for information, reporting or auditing 
• Identifying and escalating enquiries as necessary
• Consulting with the team, supervisor and other stakeholders on a regular basis

ABOUT YOU

To be Eligible for this role you must:

• Have previously maintained ORG Structures with SAP is essential
• Have experience in a similar, project HR role
• Have Previously use of SAP and TRIM are extremely desirable
• Efficiency when processing data and record management services, preparing routine reports and other information
• Excellent customer service and senior stakeholder communication skills
