SALARY RANGE: $67,675 to $75,904 pa (plus 17% super)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time (36.75 hours per week) and fixed term to 31 January 2019
LOCATION: Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus
ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide a range of employee lifecycle, payroll and benefits, workforce management services, and a range of other human resources (HR) services to Faculty and Portfolio staff across the University.
This will include:
- Providing quality advice and an integrated service on key employee lifecycle, payroll and benefits and workforce management HR services, including reporting to statutory bodies and other organisations.
- Building and maintaining a client first relationship with clients across the University to provide quality advisory and transactional HR services.
- Providing client focussed advice and assistance on matters relating to the operation and processing of the University payroll and associated taxation matters.
- Providing quality, accurate payroll information and reports to statutory bodies and other organisations as required.
ABOUT YOU
- Completion of a Bachelor degree, or a diploma level qualification with relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships and working effectively with others and to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Experience in providing HR advice and service in a complex HR environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of contemporary HR management services, with a particular emphasis on some or all of the following: employment and payroll administration; attraction, recruitment and selection; immigration matters, training and development.
