About The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Recruiter to assist the business though a period of rapid expansion within our business. This role will see you recruiting a variety of roles across our global operations.
Your responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to anticipate and assess their talent requirements and collaborate on the best hiring strategy
- Handle all recruiting aspects including job postings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, leading post-interview discussions, managing candidate communications and expectations and partner with hiring manager to negotiate offers
- Build talent communities and talent pipelines for critical skill areas and diversity sourcing efforts, that yield into hiring outcomes for the business
- Provide guidance and tools to managers throughout the search process
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience managing the end to end recruitment process in either an agency or internal environment
- Comfortable communicating with people at all levels
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills with an approachable, professional communication style
- Ability to build positive interpersonal relationships and liaise with various individuals across the business
- A positive, ‘can do’ attitude
- Intermediate MS Office Skills- Word and Excel
- Experience recruiting for roles across various industries and internationally
- Systems savvy with experience in LinkedIn recruiter and other candidate management systems essential
- BA/BSc degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field desirable but not essential
