About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. This role will support the Professional Services team and General Manager with all recruitment resourcing needs, general administration and contractor portfolio management.

 

 

Responsibilities

This role requires an experienced Administrator /Resourcer on a full time basis.

Effectively using your administration and strong communication skills, you will support the us to ensure smooth running of all business functions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the below;

 

• Provide daily support to the Professional Services team in general administration duties.

• Liaise with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams as required.

• Assisting our recruitment staff in sourcing and identifying talent

• Assist our recruitment staff to build talent pools of highly skilled individuals

• Managing the flow of work and workflow management for the recruitment process including completion of client forms / process documents.

• Preparing onboarding offer packs for new contractors and initiating employment contracts to be issued.

• Providing recruitment administration support in relation to the uploading of adverts, arranging interviews and organising reference checks as required.

• Other ad hoc administration tasks as required

 

Skills / Experience

• Experience working within a Professional Services Firm is advantageous

• Computer savvy with intermediate level specifically on Excel and other MS office software 

• Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and a customer service ethos

• Ability to work within a high volume, team environment

• Discretion in relation to confidential information

• Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work

• Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement

 

 

Required:

• 2 years' + experience within recruitment 

• Exposure to accounts payable / receivable

 

 

Desirable:

• Experience with using Fieldglass (highly desirable)

• Experience using online systems, CRM systems including using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
