We are embarking on a new and exciting phase of growth as we expand into new markets, move in to new state of the art offices and continue building on our international brand within Australia.

As part of our continued growth plans we are looking for a talented Recruitment Manager to lead our new business recruitment team responsible for developing existing and new clients across the resources and infrastructure sectors. Reporting in to the National Recruitment Manager, you will be focused on taking over a small existing team  of 5 and growing this to circa 10 people in the next 12 months. You will also work closely with our Business Development Manager and your regional counterparts in Perth.

The Role:

The role will work across a portfolio of new and existing clients, targeting and developing new opportunities. You and your team will target both permanent and contract revenue streams and be a leader in driving strategy, goals and performance across your division.

Joining an experienced team you will be tasked with the following:

  • Recruiting engineering professionals across the eastern states building on our 3 core industry sectors.
  • Developing new and existing client relationships demonstrating strong new business as well as account management capabilities.
  • Attract and retain a high performing team setting targets and direction to achieve key goals and objectives.
  • Managing the recruitment process from receiving a vacancy through to placement ensuring effective delivery and compliance.
  • Integral in supporting the development of the ongoing strategies for the recruitment team in Australia.
  • End to end recruitment.
  • Liaising with hiring managers and attending client meetings.
  • Acting as an escalation point for the team and clients.
  • Delivering training and development to support the needs of your team from trainees to experienced recruiters.

  • Passionate about driving results in others and delivering exceptional results internally and externally.
