About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for recruitment from a local, national and international level for a diverse range of stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior level roles
• Coaching and mentoring of less experienced employees
• Strategic input into the organisations workforce planning
• Use of a wide range of mediums to source candidates, in particular for critical and hard to fill roles
• Expert knowledge of HR recruitment policies and procedures to apply best methods to senior appointments

About Success
To be successful in this role you will need:

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications
• Minimum 8 years’ experience within Recruitment
• Previous success within an Senior Recruitment role with exposure to hiring for mid-senior management roles
