This commercial organisation is undergoing a period of great transformation and is seeking a dynamic self starter to partner with one of the growing client groups. This opportunity has potential to become permanent

Your new Role
This role, reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, will partner with a client group  and the senior leadership team. Forming a crucial part of the HR team you will be part of a transformation team. You will be a true HR BP advising on ER matters, succession planning, talent development, performance management and all other aspects of people and culture. Due to the period of  transformation there will be some great people capability projects to get involved in.

The Successful Person
Having business partnering in a previous role, you will love this opportunity to work with commercial business leaders. You will be comfortable across all the areas of the HR remit and will be able to influence and coach line managers. Previous experience within a financial/professional services environment is ideal but candidates with a commercial, collaborative outlook will be preferred.
