About The Role
This is a business critical senior HR role reporting to our HR Manager Operations. As an experienced HR Business Partner skilled in providing expert advice and “hands-on” support to the business for all HR operational activities, you will also be responsible for:
- Workforce planning
- Recruitment and selection
- Performance management
- Remuneration and benefits
- Reward and recognition
- Change management
- Management capability development
What are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior HR generalist role
- Well-developed influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to build and develop effective relationships across all levels of the company
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, practices and employment benefits
- Highly motivated, self-directed team player who will work closely with the business to support service delivery and growth strategies.
