The Senior Recruitment Consultant will hold a high level of service focusing on quality recruitment is central to the successful execution of this role within the INSELEC business. This is achieved by continual focus on our candidates and to accurately maintain the INSELEC database with high quality candidate's that meet our clients’ needs.

INSELEC is now seeking an experienced Senior blue collar Recruitment Consultant to join our Major Projects Team based out of the Paramatta Office. As an integral part of this team you will be responsible for building and maintaining talent pools enabling effective recruitment delivery across the country to a number of Tier one clients and projects.

You will be tasked with the following but not limited to:

High Volume talent pooling and project recruitment
Delivering high quality candidates within the agreed time-frames and tight deadlines
Interviewing and selecting top talent in the industry
Maintaining talent pools , candidate management
Conducting service calls to ensure our clients are happy with the calibre of candidates
Ensuring client & candidate compliance and administration are up to date
