The Position:

As part of an exciting transformation within the Medical Centres division of Primary Health Care, we are looking for highly motivated educators to join the business as Training Officers.
  
The objective of this role is to successfully deliver training of Medical Practice Management Software and Standard Operating Procedures to our key stakeholders including Health Care Professionals and Medical Centre support staff. Specifically, you will be responsible for face-to-face training, monitoring daily practices, assessing competency and developing strategies to improve gaps in learning. The suitable candidate will be highly flexible and will be able to adapt to change.

Reporting directly to the Development Officer, you will deliver training across our Medical Centres throughout Sydney and Interstate. There are 4 positions available, all 12 month maximum term contracts with high likelihood of extension.
  
Desired Skills and Experience:
  
  • Demonstrate a values-driven and consultative approach to training.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a software trainer in a Business Applications environment
  • Experience in healthcare would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Display strong problem solving skills, initiative and the ability to prioritise
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110) would be highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hold a current drivers license and have a roadworthy vehicle, as this role will involve travel both within NSW and nationally.
