Reporting to the Head of People & Culture Business Partnering, the purpose of this role is to provide support for teams in the Sydney office for AIA and will play a key role in the upcoming integration of the CommInsure business into AIA (subject to regulatory approval). The role will work closely with and be supported by the broader P&C team and will implement people strategies and projects in the business. Responsible for working in partnership with leaders to build relevant people strategies and support the achievement of these priorities to assist in the delivery of AIAA Enterprise wide goals.
We are looking at speaking with experienced Business Partners, who have a strong understanding of current employment legislation and the “Employer of Choice” practices. You will have demonstrated experience in partnering with business leaders on restructuring, in particular considering all IR issues related to any change. Along with a strong knowledge of IR you will also be able to demonstrate your experience with Enterprise Agreements.
Ideally you will have had some exposure working with acquisitions particularity with the integration of employees into new organisations.
Initially this is a 6 month contract opportunity.
