What we are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills with a history of building strong and reputable relationships
• 1+ years within a similar environment as a resourcer or recruitment consultant.
• Demonstrated delivery experience in recruitment with a track record placing roles ideally in development and/or Banking / FinTech space.
• Ability to provide professional consulting, support and advice to candidates
• A good sense of humour and willingness to 'play team!'
