About the role:

The majority of your time will be spent providing dedicated support to one of our most experienced and successful recruiters. Your efforts will focus on helping her improve her ability to produce high quality shortlists; specifically reducing time to market whilst enhancing the candidate experience and maintaining quality.

You will be working with one of the best recruiters in the market. If you want to learn how to be effective; gain new customers, build trust, have difficult conversations, negotiate, set expectations, maintain long term relationships and make lots of placements, this is the individual to learn from.

From time to time you will also work with the wider team providing similar support.

Much of the role is candidate centric and includes:

• Taking Job briefs
• Screening candidates
• Negotiating rates and salaries
• Conducting face to face interviews
• Writing advertisements
• Using Social Media to locate candidates
• Searching candidate databases 
• Attend client visits with our Account Managers
• Reference checking
• Making Offers
• Signing up of contractors

Whilst this role will not require you to do any sales and will focus on your supporting the team and existing client base; if you are interested in becoming a client facing Account Manager, we would be happy to design a program around you to allow this to happen over time.

To be successful you will need to be:

• Highly motivated - Passionate and Driven
• Strong attention to detail
• Great Communication skills
• Experience in Recruitment (preferred)
• Solid intermediate computer skills
