Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a business development professional, with a passion and keen interest in Talent Management Solutions to join our successful and growing Melbourne team. It’s an opportunity to engage with both new and existing clients, to develop and implement solutions in our three key areas of specialty: assessment and selection, leadership development and career transition. Essentially, you will be helping your clients achieve great performance through great people.
You are passionate about engaging and delivering high quality solutions for our clients through your consulting and relationship management skills; you get excited about learning new things everyday; you are committed to showcasing value to our clients and want to build long-lasting partnerships.

In particular, you have experience in:


•Taking a lead role in building, nurturing and sustaining strong business partnerships with existing and new clients
•Providing innovative, effective solutions to clients
•Applying strong commercial acumen, conveying knowledge and providing rigorous consultation to clients
•Project management, including preparation of client proposals, costing and ongoing account management
•Exposure to the full talent lifecycle of selection, development, leadership, change and career transition.

Psychology or Human Resources qualifications or a background in Recruitment, HR Consulting or Analytics would be highly regarded, but not essential.
