Experienced Control Systems Engineer - Video streaming experience advantageous

6 month contract - possibility of extension

Immediate Start

My client is about to enter the final stage of a major redevelopment project and as such they're looking for an experienced Control Systems Engineer for around 6 months to get it over the line.

Technically you should have a background in Electrical/Electronic engineering - ideally involving video/audio streaming technology.

It would also be extremely beneficial to have knowledge of - at least some - of the following areas:

Embedded C
C++
Parallel Processing
SCADA
Distributed database technology

The role will suit someone who enjoys both the hardware and software side of things and who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty - literally !!!

Although the role is offered as a 6 month contract there is a very good chance it could be extended beyond that term.
