Position :
You will join a team of experienced IT Support professionals in supporting an established clientele across the Sydney metropolitan region. Where you are not out on-site supporting our business clients, you will be assisting them via telephone, email or remotely from our office at Bella Vista.
Key Responsibilities will be :

To provide IT support with exceptional customer service to our business clients

Troubleshoot both hardware and software related issues in an office LAN environment

Able to work independently / Lead a team of level 1 support technicians

Able to think 'outside the box'
Technical Requirements :
-
Prior experience in a Level 2 / Level 3 IT Support role
-
Prior experience in project oriented work
-
Knowledge and experience on using Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange Servers and Virtualisation Technologies such VMWare and HyperV
-
Microsoft office suite and Office 365 experience

Sound networking knowledge

Excellent presentation skills

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels and the capability to work effectively in project teams

Valid Driver's license and own transport
