About the business and the role
Payam Data Recovery is all about helping our customers, saving our customers when they have lost important data due to a hard drive crash or other storage device failure (e.g mobile phones, RAID Arrays, memory cards..etc).

Job tasks and responsibilities
Provide a super friendly, helpful customer service experience by telephone and in person at our Sydney CBD office. Incoming phone calls from potential new customers and existing customers should be handled with care and enthusiasm, every customer is the most important to us - every phone call matters and the 1st impression counts for all phone calls we get. Come and make a difference at Payam Data Recovery.
Show customers their recovered data with remote access software. Log in new jobs, send out reminders, process payments and help people who need info about how to get started to use our services.
Suggest ongoing ways we can improve our customer service and services we offer to customers, your manager will always be seeking your ideas to help us improve and grow our business. Your voice WILL be heard and your ideas will be valued.
We are looking for somebody who is reliable, dependable, can work alone without needing to be micromanaged and be at work on time, every day and finish on time. 9am to 6pm, Monday to Fridays. Additional hours work available if you want it at our Concord, NSW Lab for weekends on demand.
This is a full time role but hired as an ongoing casual position, not permenant.
Skills and experience
IT Helpdesk/IT Support experience is desirable.
Customer Service Experience is desirable.
A love and passion for helping others is a MUST for this job.
Training will be provided for data recovery and our technical part of this job, but you MUST want to help people from your heart and really REALLY care about provide the most friendly and helpful customer service experience for all customers who call us every day.
You MUST have world class communication skills (verbal, written and face to face).
