Role : Test Lead – Cyber Security Domain 

Job Summary:

      As a Test Lead, you will be joining the result oriented team and be responsible for leading Agile Test teams. You should possess good knowledge on testing methodologies. The ideal candidate is a highly self-motived team player, skilled in a broad set of testing skills, with a strong passion for delivering dynamic and intuitive solutions. Ability to adapt quickly and communicate effectively with peers.

Roles & Responsibilities::

• Led Functional & NFT teams
• Worked on different test phases: Static, ST, SIT, UAT, End to End, Shakedown testing,…etc.
• Able to create and drive Test Strategies, Test Plan, Test Recommendation report
• Well versed in testing processes and methodologies
• Experience in leading Agile Test teams
• Hands-on JIRA, ALM, RequestIT & Rally, and similar Test Management tools for Waterfall & Agile deliveries
• Good to have knowledge of DevOps concepts, CI/CD tools, Automation, Infra,  API testing, Security & Performance Testing
• Working experience on Automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, LeanFT, SOAPUI
• Excellent Stakeholder management skills     

Must have:

• Cyber Security, Big Data Ecosystem & Python/Java 
• Cryptography services, Knowledge on PKI, Key Management Services, Database Firewall – PCI, ISO Compliance
• Network Security, Cloud Proxy, CASB & Email Hygiene, Azure & AWS cloud services, Security Controls implementation

Good to have :

• Performance testing
• Automation using Python/Java, CI/CD 
• Infrastructure testing

Qualification Required:

• 5-8 years’ of Test Lead experience and proven track record in managing critical & complex projects
