We are looking to expand our team of Telecommunications Technicians within our NSW RAN Operations team.  As a Trainee level Telecommunications Technician you will be responsible for assisting the Technicians in the the installation, swap outs and maintenance of telecommunications network systems and ensuring that all tasks are of good quality workmanship and SLA's are met
  
Under the guidance of a more Senior Technician, your role will include, or grow to include:
  

• Assisting with installations, swap outs and maintenance of Client Radio Network systems.
• Assisting with installation, swap outs and maintenance of Mobile Data Networks
• Assisting with installation, swap outs and maintenance of Operational Vehicle Electronic Systems and associated data networks
• Conducting line of site survey
• Ensuring that all company supplied vehicles, test equipment, tools and PPE are taken care of and maintained in a serviceable condition
• Complying with all relevant WHS legislation, standards and codes of practice.

  
  To be considered, you'll need to have
  

• A background and/or a keen interest in telecommunications /electronics and Technology.
• A degree or diploma certification in telecommunications or electrical engineering (Ideal, however not essential).
• A keen attitude along with the desire to succeed is a must as well as good communication skills.
• Must be willing to work at heights. Working at Heights Certificate is ideal, but not essential.
• Industry Construction / White Card (Ideal)
• Rigging Certificates (Ideal, however not essential)
• Australian (C Class) Drivers Licence for a manual vehicle
• Full Australian Work Rights
