What you'll be doing...
You'll be working with our best-in-class software solutions, TechnologyOne software that empowers our users:
- Perform consulting services for our existing customers including: Application Administration, Changes and Configuration, Application enhancements, reporting design and development & supporting users adopt proven best practice processes.
- Analyse customer requirements and manage customer expectations
- Provide input into the configuration and management of product and solution implementations
- Contribute to revenue generation through utilisation and identification of further product and service opportunities
- Proactively communicate any issues that may/will impact delivery on customer expectations
- Keep pace with real time software enhancements and leverage best practice approaches
What we're looking for...
- Recent graduates from degrees in Business, Information Technology, Corporate Systems Management, Information System and similar
- A focus on the customer, ideally with previous work experience in customer service
- An interest in technology and corporate system with the ability to rapidly learn large, complex system in differing customer environments
