Due to continual growth a unique opportunity has arisen for an energetic results driven and goal oriented person to join our team. A career opportunity exists due to the growth of the business and is based out of our Head Office in Carrington, Newcastle.

This position is an IT Management role, with a key focus on developing and optimising our IT infrastructure to provide an exceptional service across a broad range of business units.

The Role includes but is not limited to:

• Manage onboarding/offboarding of users on multiple systems

• Maintain and analyse existing systems configuration to ensure continual improvement and adherence to best practice

• Analyse, design and propose system solutions to support business objectives

• Implement and maintain approved system solutions

• Design, implement and maintain system features such as reports, users, roles, UI forms, Print/PDF forms, data registers, automated emails, workflows (scripts), data imports/exports and 3rd party integrations

• Provide training, support and documentation to all users

Preferred Programming Language and Software Experience

• ERP System - Netsuite highly desired (HTML + Freemarker Logic)

• G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)

• Shopify (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript + Shopify Liquid Code)

• API design and implementation

• Zebra Programming Language (ZPL)

Experience and Skills

• High level IT skills

• Demonstrated experience in system configuration, implementation and user training

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology preferred

• Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to do “whatever it takes”

• Strong analytical and decision making skills

• Exceptional organisational and task management skills

• High level of team spirit

• Excellent communication skills

• Self motivated with ability to work unsupervised

• Quick learner

• Ability to take the initiative to get the job done
