The Client
The client I am representing is a leader in the CX space. After experiencing phenomenal growth in the APAC region over the last 3 years, they're looking to place an Inside Sales Manager to be a player coach to the existing Inside Sales team, with a view to recruit for and grow the team.
The Role
This is a varied role, covering off the below;
- Working with the team to be the first points of contact for potential clients, responding to all enquiries
- Prospecting into targeted markets, coordinating with marketing in a lead generation effort, and qualifying prospective customers for field sales via inbound and outbound calls
- Articulating high-level Enterprise solutions into prospects
- Cross-sell and up-sell where an opportunity presents itself
The Candidate
To be considered for this role, candidates need to be able to demonstrate the below;
- Experience in a lead generation role, ideally Enterprise level within the SaaS, CX , CRM or Market Research (minimum 1-2 years)
- Great relationship building skills or very customer service oriented
- Well- developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Resilient, tenacious and persistent
- Self- motivated and performance driven
- Must be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia
- A true desire to become a leader in the business, with examples of leading or mentoring in your background.
