As the SAP Business Analyst you will work with the key Business teams, implementation partners to develop and document the Business Requirements and process models for the project.

Position requirements are as follows:

•  Lead workshops with the business and implementation partners to review and define the critical business workflows and processes required throughout the network design lifecycle.
• Support the Project Manager in the development of documentation, mapping key business processes, escalation of changes to the appropriate change board and supporting all parties deliver best practices.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients.
• Achieve significant improvements to the effectiveness of the business by analysis, design, implementation and support of improved business processes.
• Apply information technology where appropriate to the implementation of new and revised systems.

 
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Demonstrated five year experience as a business process analyst across large portfolios and programs of work with developed understanding of core SAP functional and implementation principles.
• Demonstrated experience in analysing issues and preparing functional requirements, identifying gaps and opportunities that are critical requirements of the business from the future state solution. 
• Demonstrated experience in leading workshops to present business requirements and developing process maps to support the solution implementation and highlighting potential change management activities
• Demonstrated experience in working businesses in the adoption of best practices, solving complex business problems and assistance with its implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting all phases of a large transformation program including testing and cutover activities.
• Demonstrated ability in communicating with all forms of stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the appropriate changes are communicated and decisions made in a timely manner.
