Our client is looking for skilled and passionate Senior C++ Firmware Engineers who can design and develop their world-class safety critical products for a global marketplace.
 
Please note: we are currently looking for Firmware Software Engineers for either permanent or 12 month contract roles.
 
Successful candidates will ideally meet the following criteria:
 
• Strong embedded firmware experience
• Strong C++ (ideally C++11 or boost) 
• Embedded RTOS (FreeRTOS)
• OOD/OOP
• Experience with safety critical devices will be highly regarded (biomedical, defence, aviation, etc.)
• Understanding of multi-threading
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for quality software engineering practices
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude, problem-solving, and good sense of humour!
• Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering or experience equivalent
