We have 2 Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant opportunities with a leading Microsoft consultancy! 

Client is a boutique award wining Dynamics CRM consultancy, with a customer-centric culture, where your strong contribution will be noticed.   They are very well branded due to an experienced leadership team.
 
The role:

As a Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant your role will focus on designing, developing, testing and deploying enterprise CRM 2015 or Dynamics 365 solutions.


Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing consulting services to clients in providing industry specific Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution implementations, extensions and upgrades
• Participating in design workshops
• Writing functional specifications for CRM development engagements
• Dynamics CRM hands-on configuration and customisation.
• Provide direction and guidance to business process improvements.

Some requirements. 

• 5+ years working with business stakeholders, project managers, solutions and technical architects, developers and testers to design, implement and deliver Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Model and map business processes experiences
• Ensures that all configuration, customisations, integration and development adhere to Dynamics best practise, current legislative guidelines and clients security adherence..
• Experience with developing solution requirements specifications, functional requirements documents, functional design documents and test plans
• Analyse and document "as is" and "to be" business processes and maps.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Superior influencing, communication and interpersonal skills
